Computime Direct offers a “7 day satisfaction guarantee” on orders placed through computimedirect.co.uk.
If you are not completely satisfied with the device you bought you can return it to us in the original undamaged packaging within 7 days after receipt and we will refund the amount of the purchase.
Before you return the device, please email Computime Direct customer services for an RMA number.
Returns without an RMA number will be refused. The shipment charges are on your own account.
All Computime Direct products have a 12 month guarantee period.
Repair within the guarantee period (12 months)
Email Computime Direct customer services for an RMA number. The forwarding charges are shared (you pay the charges for shipment to Computime Direct and Computime Direct pays the charges for the return).
Repair beyond the guarantee period (12 months)
Email Computime Direct customer services for an RMA number. The costs of repair and the shipment charges are on your own account.
Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.
The CE marking certifies that all of Computime Direct's products have met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements. CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which means as much in line with European legislation.
