Employees clock in and out simply by presenting their face to the terminal. The Facescan clocking in machine identifies each employee by scanning their unique facial profile in less than 1 second, eradicating attendance fraud by eliminating the possibility of employees clocking in and out for each other.
When employees clock in and out the clocking data is sent across the network to your PC or can collected on a USB memory stick. The TimeVision software then automatically calculates each employee basic hours and overtime with accuracy and according to your working patters. The user friendly software allows you to view everything on screen and edit data as required, before printing reports or exporting data into Sage payroll.

Employees clock in and out simply by presenting their face to the clocking terminal. As a non-contact device, the facescan clocking in machine is hygienic and proven to be more reliable than reading fingerprints.
In the absence of a network system or a computer on site, the clocking records can be downloaded manually via a USB port within the device on to a memory stick.

The package arrived fast and the installation was carried out without any fuss. The software was fairly self-explanatory to set up although if assistance was required the technicians proved very helpful and available.

With a growing business we needed a system that wont just be suitable for our needs today but with our future needs as well. The flexibility of the package allows us to add more terminals, more shift patters, more pay rates, more sites and more employees without changing systems. The ability to pre-book absences is advantageous and cuts down on the manual manipulation of figures. Also being able to automatically export a CSV file of the hours, for payroll purposes reduces the risk of manual error.
